Viewing an Activity Log Entry
Navigate to Activity Log: Within the Users Module, locate and click on the 'Activity Log' to access the list view of the records.
Viewing the Log: The Activity Log will typically display a time-stamped list of activities, including the user responsible for the operation, the operation taken, and any relevant details or identifiers associated with the activity.
Understanding the Details of Activity Log Entries
Subject: The short description of the activity.
Timestamp: The date and time when the activity occurred.
Operation: The specific action taken, such as "Login", or "Logout".
IP Address: The IP Address where the specific operation takes place.
Status: The status of the activity, such as "Success", "Failed", "Linked", or "Closed".
User: The username of the individual who performed the activity.
Full Name: The full name of the individual who performed the activity.
Utilizing the Activity Log
Monitoring User Activity: Regularly review the Activity Log to monitor user activities and system usage patterns.

Data Retention: Activity Log records are retained for 90 days. You can change the retention policy from Log Settings.
